Do You Accept Private Pay?

• Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $185.00

All sessions are held via secure telehealth.

I accept payment via: Mastercard/Visa, PayPal, Zelle. Payment is due at the time of session.

Do You Accept Insurance as an In-Network Provider?

Coming May-June 2026, I will be in-network with Aetna, Blue Shield of CA, Blue Cross, Kaiser and Medicare.

Can I Use My Out of Network Benefits?

Yes. I can provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services — especially PPO plans. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• What percentage of the session cost is reimbursed?

• Is a superbill sufficient for reimbursement?

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your mental health care. This estimate is available upon request and will also be provided to new clients prior to the start of therapy.
