Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which helps create momentum and get results faster. This can be adjusted as we go. Some people continue weekly, while others transition to biweekly or monthly as they progress. We’ll collaborate on a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

Yes for California residents only. All sessions are currently conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. This allows you to attend therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space, no commuting, no waiting rooms.

Standard individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions may be available upon request or when clinically appropriate.
